yep.all you people in the world punya impian dan keinginan dalam semua benda. nak yang macam tuh, nak yang macam nih, nak hidup mcm tuh, nak hidup macam ni... what a beauty life, if we are born as a super rich ppl kan?semua bende blh di beli.(hehe).

tapi..

not all you people are born in a royal/rich family. including me. tapi tade la semiskin miskin nya pulak. Alhamdulillah...semua cukup setakat nih. tak pernah lagi sempit smpai tak makan 1,2 hari...semakin hari, ada je peluang baru dan rezeki baru dtg menjengah.syukur.

tapi....kalau blh, kita mesti nk yang terbaik utk diri kita and family kan?

1)  Take decision to be RICH

Poor people only fokus kepada financial survival. They are poor because they fail to manange the $ and always struggling with financial survival, regardless of how much earned income. Golongan pertengahan mempunyai idea bagaimana menggunakan wang dan memberi tumpuan kepada keselesaan, tidak mahu menjadi kaya tetapi mahu hidup selesa.

BUT THE RICH focus on long-term ownership of assets or property such as stocks, bonds, real estate business and provide results. mereka sanggup berkorban on their food, gaji, holiday vacation, keselesaan tinggal di rumah yang cantik semata mata untuk membina atau memiliki aset sebenar.JADI ambillah keputusan untuk menjadi kaya walaupun hari ini anda tidak mempunyai wang kerana keadaan itu hanya sementara.

2) Decide the type of your financial problems

 hanya ada 2 jenis masalah kewangan, not enough money or too much money (believe or not?teehee)

but unfortunately, ramai yang menghadapi masalah tidak cukup wang. ramai orang tahu bagaimana bekerja untuk mendapatkan wang tapi tak tahu mcm mana nak mempunyai sumber tenaga dan wang bekerja untuk mereka.

ini adalah antara faktor yang paling100x important utk menjadi hebat! So choose friends who have aspirations to become rich, comfortable life, or simply continue to live alone. Kawan yang hanya hidup untuk hidup cukup makan je , takkan pernah faham why is the importance you want to be rich dan ini hanya akan menurutkan semangt!

Building a business takes time. Perniagaan tidak seperti bekerja dengan orang lain iaitu dibayar gaji. pneting penting penting! kurangkan atau tinggalkan terus actuvity2 yang tak mendatangkan hasil dan faedah utk kita. habis kan duit lagi ada lah kan??? so..fokus lah! beri tumpuan sepenuh penuh penuhnya kepada perkara yang anda sedang lakukan! (peringatan kpd diri sendiri.hehe)
