Penambahan dalam Unit Trust, perlu?

lamanyaaa tak update blog nih. Da nak dekat 3,4 bulan ade nih. Soryyy la. Bz betul dengan appointment and upcoming projects. Sampai tak menyempat duk depan pc update blog. 

Btw, recently ramai yang tanya, actually, perlu sangat ke untuk top up simpanan kita dalam unit trust?

Sebenarnya, memang SANGAT SANGAT perlu untuk top up kalau nak maksimize jumlah KWSP dalam acc 1 kita. Sebab, in unit trust, we are COLLECTING UNITS! the more units u have, the more u can sell. Betul tak? That is why the name itself is unit trust. 

The way nak collect sebanyak mungkin unit, is u beli unit dengan top up ur investment regularly setiap bulan atau setiap 3 bulan. Dont worry kalau beli pada harga yang berubah setiap bulan, sbb itu lagi bagus. Let me show one simple simple example untuk senang faham.

Lets say u r peniaga baju, and u stock up ur baju setiap bulan.

cost = top up 

Price/baju = price/unit

quantity = unit

Setiap bulan anda keluar kan RM10 untuk beli baju. Harga baju, fluctuate every month. 

So total cost untuk 5 bulan, anda da keluarkan RM50 dgn total baju 15piece. So, in June, u think of selling all your cloth u have, and at that time, the cloth price is : RM5. 

So, 

  

Total cloth x current price = 15x RM5 = RM75

Profit = RM75-total cost = RM75-RM50 = RM25

See? dapat untung RM25 untuk baju baju anda. Even the price drop to RM4/baju pada Jun pon, u still blh jual dan dapat keuntungan. 

So, this is unit trust!!! The more baju ( unit) u have, the money u can have.

 Let's see if kita tak buat penambahan pada Feb till Mei, u only have 2 baju, dan if u nak jual pada harga ketika itu RM4, u only get RM8. Totally u loss RM2. Rugi kan?

 Now we have knowledge on why we have to top up investment, 

so, don't hesitate to top up ur investment.;)
